Not much has been happening around here lately. I was overjoyed this week to reunite with a bunch of my Master’s Commission friends on Facebook. Wow, it is fun to find people after so long… some of them it has been about 11 years since I have had contact with them. It kinda makes me laugh that back when I met all these people from around the country, email was not something everyone had. In fact, my mom had it when I was in Master’s and I thought it was dumb (you had to wait for the dial-up and it was not something everyone had, so I felt like it was dumb). Now look where it is! As we left Master’s we only had snail mail addresses and of course those can change and there is no way of knowing. I lost track of so many people. Now as we all catch up with each other, it is amazing to see where their lives have taken them. I can hardly believe it was so long ago that I lived in Illinois and then moved back. Many of my friends are now pastors and youth pastors and parents. It is fun to see where God took them. I am very blessed to have known such amazing people. I keep hoping and praying that God allows me the chance to see some of them in person someday soon. How fun that would be… ok, so here is a funny pic from when I was in Master’s!
